Privacy Notice

Physiomics plc will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of any personal data you provide to us. If we have entered into a contract with you since the introduction of GDPR then our use of your data in this context will be covered within that contract.  This notice is intended primarily to cover visitors to our website who may be interested in our services or activities.

We only collect basic personal data about you (e.g. name, company, email, telephone) that you provide us when requesting information about our company and services.  This does not include any special types of information or location-based information.

Why we need your data

We need to know your basic personal data if you have asked us to keep you updated on our company activities and services. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

What we do with your data

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK and also backed up to servers based in the UK. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.  We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.

How long we keep your data

If we have entered into a contract with you we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.  Where you have requested that we update you on company activities or services we keep your information until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

What we would also like to do with your data

Where you have requested that we do so we use your name and email address to keep you updated as to our company activities and services. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email or our website.

What are your rights

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
