Anthony Clayden, of Strategic FD Limited (Company Secretary), is Head of Finance and Company Secretary at Physiomics plc. He has over 26 years’ experience in financial leadership (as CFO or outsourced Head of Finance), working with more than 50 growth companies, primarily in technology and life sciences.
As well as his work with Physiomics, Anthony has supported five other AIM plcs in roles as Head of Finance, CFO, or advising existing CFOs and Boards on specific projects. These roles include an IPO and supporting equity fundraising, acquisition and restructuring, as well as working with AIM plcs across healthcare, technology, industrial equipment, environmental services and energy.
Previously, Anthony worked in Corporate Finance with PwC and KPMG, advising on trade sales, fundraisings and acquisitions. He has a BSc (Hons) in Natural Sciences from Durham University and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA).
Although not a director of the Company, Anthony provides invaluable support on financial, strategic and governance matters.
