Dr Nathalie Dupuy

Senior Biosimulation scientist

Nathalie Dupuy is a biomedical computational scientist with experience in data science, machine learning and computational neuroscience.

In 2018 she was awarded a PhD in Neuroinformatics from the University of Edinburgh. Her thesis combined machine learning with findings from neuroscience, and human cognitive science, to investigate how the brain extracts knowledge from the world using few experiences.

After her PhD, Nathalie worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Discovery Brain Sciences, University of Edinburgh, where she studied how visual information is integrated in neuronal populations in awake behaving mice. She relied on a wide range of computational techniques to process, analyse and model the experimental datasets recorded in the lab.

Nathalie joined Physiomics in 2021 as a Biosimulation scientist and was promoted to Senior Biosimulation Scientist in 2023.
