David Hodson

Biosimulation scientist

David Hodson is a Mathematical biologist with experience in pharmacometrics and PKPD modelling.
He is currently in his final year as a PhD student at the University of Manchester. His thesis addresses the use of mixed effects modelling to capture how radiation and immunogenic combinations potentiate the immune response and reduce tumour growth, in order to assist in dosage optimisation of preclinical efficacy studies and pharmacodynamic studies. In addition, his thesis also addresses how the use of MRI techniques can inform model development when describing interactions between radiation and the growing tumour. David joined Physiomics in 2023 as a Biosimulation scientist.
