Physiomics uses systems biology and develops cutting-edge mathematical models of cancer, supporting pharmaceutical decision making throughout the entire drug discovery process. We enable clients to increase efficiency and reduce development times, minimising the development risk and increasing their success rates.

Physiomics consults on specific pharmaceutical development projects and will also consider trouble-shooting problem cancer projects in exchange for product licenses or success fees and royalties for customers. Physiomics also works in collaboration with partners on technology developments such as virtual tumours.

In 2004, Physiomics entered a strategic alliance with Bayer Technology Services GmbH (BTS) to integrate PK-Sim^® with its novel biological simulations.

ValiRx (previously known as Cronos Therapeutics Ltd) and Physiomics have also collaborated since 2004 on the development of certain GeneICE (DNA silencing) therapeutics for cancer.
